Soo Tired

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

Lama rsnya tak menjengah blog ni...over a week due to very high intensity work level and my tight schedule in a gym. Actually not that bz currently, but i try to make myself bz as much as i can since this lately i realized that i've started to think bout my sad story again. so, the only way out that i know is to make myself bz and b close with Allah...

But i know and i do realize that i pushed myself too hard to ensure that the sad story would fade away from my life chapter. It's not easy, i would say, currently is one of my toughest time in my life which i have to quickly get away from the old story to start begin and drift to the new chapter of my life. Only then, i will only feel and enjoy the meaning of "life" and "happiness".

But the happy thing is i found that my stamina is getting high and high, i pushed myself to the limit, until my whole body felt sore and burst. But i know it's a good sign, it started to burn and burn and i am not going to give up now.

orhh...talking bout stamina, usually it always relates to reduce weight. when you reduce weight, you would find that your stamina and your metabolisme is increasing. But is it true? and how long it would last? what kind of exercise have you taken and went through? We have soo many options nowdays to get you out of this prob. Even diff methods will give you same result, REDUCE WEIGHT! but again, how long it will last? How long the visible result will sustain? And what does it effect your health in the future?

Talking about method, i love to share my experience. I used to active in Ko-k during my studying in Uni. And the most activities that i love were Silat and Nasyid. Nasyid has been my flesh and blood since i was small. Ok, back to the story, i found that everytime i jamming or singing, actually i burnt calories. How? Actually to project your voice, you need lot of energy. that's why you can see that some of the big sizes singer will easily "semput" because they don't have enough energy and short breath because of their size. But, cannot deny that they have a very big and wonderful voice. But, whatever it is, energy must b in a max level and you can feel that you can perform better and stay longer in stage. Don't lose the voice, just lose the fat! that's why, zaman dulu2, when competition getting closer, our team would jogging frequently, preferably early in the morning to get fresh air and good voice projection. So, after i graduated and start working, i already put aside all those things because i know it's going to be very hard for me to join any competition due to my work commitment. But, i'm wrong! voice is Allah's reward. Something very valuable. eventhough im not using it for any competition and what knot, doesn't mean i have to put aside my health and energy as well. That's my starting point why i start to realize that my stamina is getting low.

And silat, i used to be around 48-50kg last time. at least i still have strong stamina and ideal weight for my height and also ideal BMI to do all the aggressive activities. I put a very high commitment with this club because i know i am not only gain knowledge, but also skills. And since i Love arts, Silat Seni Gayung Fatani is the correct choice for me. Eventhough i was bz with study and nasyid, that was how i sustained my energy and stamina, Silat training! and the most unforgettable memory for me because i do love the skills and my silat teammate as well. That's why i was so reluctant to leave this club. And now, i realize, after i put aside silat and all the aggressive activities, i start putting on my weight. To be honest, i used to reached 61kg last time since i start working!

Because these factors, i tried to lose weight. I've done and try so many treatments and methods actually. To be honest, i went to slimming center. Yup, in 2 months i saw lot of diff when lost more than 7kg. But, you know what, my pick period was coming after that and i couldn't sustain the treatment. If normally every weekend i can come and do treatment for 3-4hours, in my pick period, it's totally hard for me to spend so much time there. So, i just go there for once in a month. And bad thing was i have to continuously consume the supplementary from the slimming center which 1 box cost almost RM200-300 and the consultant persuade me to reserve around 10 boxes. Can u just imagine how much money i spent there?!And i felt so regret because when i did not consume the supplementary for 2-3months after that, my weight was increase much higher that the 1st time i came there. It was totally disappointing! Actually i still have quite a number of treatment remaining there, but i will not going there until at least i reduce 10kg. otherwise, the consultant will start asking me to buy the supplementary which i am not going to consume it anymore! And i don't what it to effect my health in long period.

So, the 2nd method i tried was slimming pill! Same like the slimming center. it was working initially. Plus i use the slimming cream as well and do a lil bit exercise like jogging. But, after sometimes, i found that few parts of my body was flabby! And that was totally disaster! I lost my muscle, i lost my appetite and the worse part was, i could not b able to exercise because i would easily tired and exhausted. Please guy, do not try it without expert or doctor advice. It will simply ruin your health eventhough you lose weight. It's gonna give bad effects in long run.

3rd, i tried slimming juice. Wow...sound's nice when it was advertise in TV because you don't have to b hunger, no need to cut your foods, no need to exercise and what knot. But can you trust that by only consume a juice? I was attracted last time and i tried for 2 months. And again it works! However, my fat was not reduce, what reduce were muscle and water! If that so, i can just fasting to get rid the water! Again, i realize this would not working in long run and i am afraid it will effect my health again in future.

After almost 2 years working, after one call from fitness first to ask me for an appointment, after i gv up with all the methods above, i went there for a first time! OMG! why i cannot think bout this method in a first place? why i must risk myself with those methods? have your doctor ever said that exercise and work out is not good for your health? absolutely not! So, that was my starting point. Not only reduce weight, but also, be back again in shape, tone up muscles and increase back stamina! huh! so many work to do now. But i never regret since the first time i signed up with the fitness center. I would say Fitness First is one of the good place in Malaysia because it is the biggest gym with great facilities and quite a number of branches all over Malaysia esp KL and Selangor. So, with one membership, u can go to wherever branches that u want. But, if you don't want to choose FF, go to some other gym that can accommodate you with exercises and good facilities. Only exercise is the only way out for you to get everything. Reduce weight, tone up muscle, increase stamina and a firm body (not flabby at all!). Alhamdulillah, since i start with gym, i already reduce weight with a very proper diet. Actually, dieting is not a big deal for me because I've started long time ago, but i cannot gain my stamina and healthy lifestyle with only dieting. Insyallah i'm looking forward to reduce more weight, more fat and also firm and shape body.

My advice, do not ever think that faster result will give full satisfaction because it just for a short period. Make sure you are not only losing weight, but also fat. that is the most important part because how you are going to b healthy if your fat is remain the same or high? Take time to get consultation from doctor. Yeah, maybe some doctor will advice you that take this juice la, this pill la, but with a condition that you have to exercise regularly. For me, gym is best place for you to work out more because it has lot of machines and classes which you will not going to easily bored. Approach any personal trainer and ask them the right way to use the weight machine because if you wrongly using it, u might getting bigger rather than getting smaller (im talking about muscle). If you want to worth yourself with your investment in the gym, take a personal trainer. Eventhough it will charge differently on top of your monthly membership, but i tell you, the PT is the correct choice for you to reduce weight and stay healthy. The PT will always b there for you and support you when u are having a 'yoyo' period whereby you will not going to reduce more weight within 2-3 weeks, but your fat is actually burning inside. After that, you will see how diff you are and you are just new. Like me, the new Me! And after this, maybe im joining back silat. im really hoping that it's not too late for me.
