Exercise............

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim………

Yesterday, as usual aku g after work…my boss was so surprise and happy as well when she knows that I and Ummida joined the FF. well, at least kitorg takdelah suke2 dh nak dok ofis tu lame-lame coz we already have another commitment. Actually statement tu takla mjurus to both of us but actually more to me…hahaha…but I know, I’ve shouldn’t cram myself in the office. I should go outside or do sumthing else rather than stay in the office. It’s not going to benefit me. Yup! True. Agenda for yesterday was I attended Body attack class…seriously, very high impact class…becoz it requires u to push to the limit, jumping, push up etc…but it’s totally burnt ur calories..no doubt! Huhuhu…for an hour class tu, aku rs cam cepat je mase blalu, not as compared RPM, bodypump and body combat. Aku rs for body pump, that would be the first and the last (I wud not going to say the last la because aku taknak build up the muscle first. Aku nak burn fat and reduce weight, then I can focus on build the muscle. Tak banyak, skit je!hehehe). so, aku nak concentrate on body attack, body combat and cycling class. tapi aku nak gak masuk bodyjam, body step and line dance class…at least leh lembut2kan badan skit, lentok2kan shape skit…huhuhuhu…

Normally I’ll spend almost 3 – 4 hours there…sure wondering kan ape yang aku buat lame2 kat sane? Hehehe….kuar ofis dlm 5.30/5.45, then terus workout til kul 8pm gitu..act I try to attend any classes on that day. But it depends gakla…kalo clash ngn waktu maghrib sampai tak sempat nak solat, I would rather do cardio exercise je. For the first one month, I’ll try to focus on 2-3 machines je like treadmill, (I’ll ensure that I’ll do these machines everytime I come to gym) and cycling. Then, I’ll choose any of the classes available on that day. So, It would take 2 hours on the cardio and class. after that, I can pamper myself in Sauna room or Steam bath room. Just sauna ni takleh g slalu…ur skin can dry easily. So, g la steam bath..at least bukak skit ur pores and it’s good if u pamper urself with lulur or scrub...so bila scrub bdn kat steam bath and stay there for 5-10mins to let it absorb into ur skin, mmg rs selsesa, lembut dan mulus lagi gitu..hehehe..

Then, baru leh g mandi…kat cni je I took ½ hour to finish bath…kui3…gile lama…that’s y ayah aku pon cam wondering gak apsal la aku slalu balik lambat…kekadang to the extend leh sampai kul 11pm…ntah ye, aku suke la plak g gym skang..not only exercising, tp bende lain kat ctu pn act worth my money gak…hehehe…but at least aku tau, aku tak melencong kemana2, rite? So balik pon mmg zzzzzz dengan nyenyak and selesa.
